While on site, Scholars work together with community health center (CHC) staff to implement these projects. The GE Foundation and NMF are pleased to announce a new Primary Care Leadership Program (PCLP) that will provide future primary care healthcare professionals a valuable opportunity to examine the challenges and rewards of primary care practice in community health centers across the US. Site Partners work with NMF staff to identify site-specific projects designed to build organizational capacity to improve processes and care delivery. The team-based PCLP Scholar project is one of the three key program components.
